My emails have been directed to spam and contain dozens of 'undelivered mail' notices which seem to have been sent by me to these undelivered recipients. As I write at this moment, the email has stopped working. What can I do to put things right?

Hi alancrum. if you believe you've been hacked the first job is to run antivirus and malware scans on all of your internet connected devices. Once those are clear, you can reset your password to take ownership back.
