Gondola, my problem is every email sent to me by my golf club "noreply@intelligentgolf.co.uk" now goes into my spam folder, when I select "not spam" it goes into my inbox and stays there until deleted. I have added the senders email address to my address book and don't know what else I can do - help!

I am missing emails for businesses I am frequently contacting because they are going straight into my spam rather than my inbox. When I try to move them into my inbox, they are in there for about 2 seconds before being bounced back into the spam folder. Please help.

What's happening is not a function of the TalkTalk online mailbox but a combination of the incoming emails being flagged as potential spam because of lack of sender authentication and then when you drag and drop Spam flagged mail from your Spam folder into the Inbox folder you have a Filter rule running that automatically moves Spam flagged mail messages into the Spam folder. This Filter rule will be in the email software that you're using on the device you're using.

Tell us what the email software is and what settings you have to deal with incoming spam.
