Cannot send mail

I have been trying to send emails and receiving a message - cannot send mail - the connection to the outgoing server smtp….failed. Additional outgoing Mail servers can be configured……

would anyone know why this has happened and how to fix? Thanks

Hi cmcg1, are you able to login to TalkTalk webmail? Is the affected address the one you used to register on the community?

yes it is the same email address - I am receiving emails just can’t send any……
