      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi johnkes, if you want to open mail in a mail client and leave copies on the server you need to check how to set your mail client for leave a copy on the server. You'll get the options for 30 days or until deleted you want the latter. Remember though webmail is not a reliable backup to save important emails you should take the appropriate action to keep them safe indefinitely.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
