Hi - Like others who raised similar questions, I have a @mypostoffice.co.uk email address which migrated through Shell Energy, Octopus Energy and now to Talk Talk. I am currently only able to access my email via the Shell Energy webbmail service, and in the past couple of months am no longer able to get my email on my email client.

Anybody out there know what's happenning wkith TalkTalk fixing this issue?

Anybody got a workaround where they've managed to get mypostoffice emails to work on an email client? If so, can you share what server settings you're using?

Hi MartinRenouf, you have to go through the Shell migration team we don't have access to their tools or systems. When you call or use chat you need to ask for the Shell team. No one outside that team can help you.
