Not received emails from gmail and outlook for several days now. Tiscali.co.uk address. Keep testing but no resolution yet.

Our Email Team identified the issue and resolved it this morning. They did say that there might be a delay in these emails filtering through today. When did you last test this?

We’re aware that some of our customers are having problems with their Tiscali email service. Tiscali customers are currently unable to receive emails from Gmail. Senders from Gmail are reporting getting the error message 'The MX host does not match any MX allowed by the STS policy'.

Latest update: 10:53am 11th November 2024

Our engineers have fixed this issue and all impacted customers will start to see their email service working as it should. There may still be a delay in this as the email service fully resolves and we will continue to monitor this. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
