Yes so have I in St Athan Wales, some get through and some don't, which is worse that it not working at all. the whole lot needs putting in a skip and starting again from square one I am sick of it. If it wasn't for changing my email address, I would bin the lot now. It is getting close to me losing it and changing providers. I am missing appointments and meetings.

Hello,

Previously I have had an intermittent problem with emails to me from my wifes icloud address bouncing. Now for the previous four/five days any emails she sends me from her icloud address disappear and are nor delivered at all. There seems to be an ongoing problem with emails to talktalk address from icloud address, but to disappear completely is not very good.

Any ideas or could this be checked please.

Hi walkerjohn, I've checked several times with the 7 day scan and we're not blocking those emails.

Hello Ady, Thanks for checking. Its a mystery. I sent a test email from my wifes icloud on her ipad an hour ago and its not arrived. However if she sends/forwards emails via a third party (friend) then they arrive without delay. I have just received the log in authentication email on this address and I am receiving all others.

The conclusion must be that talk talk or some interim process is blocking them (and previously bouncing them with a mail message).

I really dont know what I could possibly do further - perhaps you can elevate this to the IT department please, unless you have a further suggestion.

Thanks again John

Hello Ady,

Further to my response above I carried out a set of tests soon afterwards. From her icloud email I sent a reply to an email from my talktalk, a forward from her icloud to my talktalk of the same email and a forward from her icloud to my talk of an email she had received from a different correspondent.

None of those have been received by my talktalk. This seems to confirm that it is all emails carrying her icloud that are rejected by talktalk.

Hope this helps in sorting it out.

John

I now discover the set of three test emails bounced and one is marked: host mx.talktalk.net said 552 5.2.0 Content rejected TT992. The content was just a message talking about a friend.

Hope this helps John

Hi John, I've just been informed that cloudmark is blocking a mailbox, but it's not the sender you provided. The email admin is looking into it for me now.

I've had confirmation that the increased anti phishing filters have been relaxed and you should now be getting mails from Icloud mail senders.
