email problem re bounceback

I use a tiscali.co.uk e.mail address on Talk Talk website directly.I have some existing contacts who use Outlook and are now having having some e.mails 'bounced back' to them.

Can anyone help or is this a temporary problem..It has happened infrequently before.

Hi mike,

I'm sorry for the delay. There was an issue which was resolved yesterday morning and we were advised that it may take a little while for the emails to start coming through. Have any emails arrived since your last post?
