Emails from gmail and Hotmail not being received on my Tiscali account

Over the last few days multiple emails from gmail and Hotmail have not been received on my Tiscali account. Several people have advised my that their emails were bounced, others appear to have just been lost. These were all regular email contacts.

I note this is a widespread problem with Tiscali accounts - please investigate ASAP.

I have the same issue - I have had two people send me emails from gmail to my tiscali email and they have not arrived. Other people on a different ISP on copy received the emails. I have had other emails that do arrive and appear to be able to send emails. I have no mail filters - I have just checked. What is going on?

@williamportal01, Talktalk will be more aware of the number of people affected if you start your own thread, as otherwise it just clocks up as a reply on a support issue for the original poster.

Please return to the message board and click on start a topic to begin your own thread.

Staff reply during the day, Monday to Friday.

I am still not receiving gmails on my Tiscali account, Hotmail emails appear to now be OK.

2 out of 2 gmail to Tiscali test emails not yet received.

2 out of 2 Hotmail test mails successfully received.

Lineone appears to be unaffected and successfully auto-forwarded a gmail to my Tiscali account.

Majority of business emails and BTinternet emails are getting through.
