Changing password for old Pipex email address

Hi,

I want to change the password for my old pipex email address. The email address I use is an alias that I set up years ago, rather than use the original email address, which is a mixture of letters and numbers.

If I change the password to the original pipex email address (I can't change it for the email alias as it is not recognised on the system), when I login to my email app on my devices to update the password to the new one so that I can access my emails, will I still be able to use my email alias to do this?

Any advice will be gratefully received. Many thanks.

Hi Windy57, that original email is the one that we reset the password for and that hosts the mailbox. Any other you created from it is called a secondary and has no rights of its own. If you send me a personal message with the original email address, an alternate email address and mobile number to receive the password reset messages, I'll get the password reset for you.
