my email has stopped sending

Hi,

We have for years used an old (onetel.net) email address for general email. Yesterday it stopped sending email - from both my Android phone and my Mac computer. It's receiving email OK, but sending from either isn't working - it just sits in the outbox. Has something changed, or is there a fault somewhere?

Hi,

Still not working this morning!

I tried using the Webmail. I get an error message:

"An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request ".

Any thoughts, TalkTalk mods?

Please follow up on your own thread, @Sarah4uk, to avoid chaos in the replies.

It also helps make Talktalk more aware of the extent of an issue if you each have your own thread.
