    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/776749"&gt;@Debsy&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think it depends on what email app you are using.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you using TalkTalk Webmail?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or are you using an email app on your PC?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you're using webmail, you can delete the contents of each folder on the left, by clicking the folder and then clicking 'cleanup'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you're using Mail for Windows,&amp;nbsp;you can delete the contents of each of most folders on the left, by clicking the folder and then clicking 'empty folder'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bill&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Tidy up emails</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have quite a few emails that need to be deleted any idea how to to do this in a block and not just individually checking the box and deleting them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also does anyone know how to separate my read emails from my unread emails.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
