&lt;P&gt;If you ever need to post sensitive information, it should always be in the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Private Notes section, towards the end of Personal Information.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As fr8ys says, this is something you need to contact BT about.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Does BT deactivate emails after a period of time once you have moved?&lt;/P&gt;
