I'm using BlueMail and I'm unable to send mail, I keep getting the message Unable to send, error 550.5.7.1 Reject for policy reason

Hi kevsok, do you get the same problem if you send via TalkTalk webmail?

No. I can send ok using webmail. I have checked all the settings on BlueMail and they are fine. This problem only started happening within the last week.

I now can't send mail using Webmail, "An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request".

I can receive mail but can't send using BlueMail or Webmail.

Have you checked your sending settings against the Email Settings help article?

Ady, I've just tested Webmail now and I still can't send , i get this, "An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling its request"

Any suggestions?

Have you reset your mailbox password recently? If not please do it now.

Ady, I have reset my password but I'm still unable to send mail by Webmail or BlueMail. I get the same message on BlueMail. Error 550.5.7.1 Reject for Policy reason and the same message on Webmail, Error 550.5.7.1 " An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request.

Thanks for confirming that. I've raised a fault ticket for you. You may be contacted by the networks team who will undoubtedly do the same testing you've already done before passing it to OX our mail provider for further investigation.
