l need to update my email password but l realise that l have 5 addresses using the same password for various talktalk services, such as for my account, through which email can be reached, so it occcurs to me that l either need to change all of them, preferably to be all different, or to delete ones that are not needed. So l think l need to discuss this with someone.

Hi Oldkingcole, you should change all your passwords regularly and they should be different. If you struggle remembering them as I do, then a Password Manager is the perfect solution as you then only have to remember just 1. It will make your passwords stronger too.
