I deleted the account and reinstalled it. Emails coming through fine now. But her multiple saved folders have disappeared and send /receive dialogue in Outlook is stuck for 20 minutes on <EM>Synchronizing subfolders&nbsp;&nbsp;</EM>She has had a problem for months with emails coming through only sporadically on her pc iphone and ipad.
