I’m using iPhone 6 my wife is on Galaxy android the last few days we suddenly haven’t been able to send emails I get the message server rejected recipients address no matter what address I use

Can you sent an email to yourself (your own talktalk email address)?

I think that if talktalk email address is not linked to a talktalk internet account sending emails has been disabled.

I do not think it is a virus or spam issue at all. We never get clear answers what the issue is for our accounts and why they are blocked.
Mine was blocked, then after complaint it started to work and then blocked again.
