Not Receiving some emails into my Tiscali inbox

Some emails are not getting through checked spam etc and settings still not coming through even though some emails from the same company just a different department are getting received. I woke to a customer support guy from TalkTalk/Tiscali but of no help. Thinking of having to change as it is becoming a problem. Webmail is through safari on iMac.

Hi Thelamb, please send me a personal message with the list of affected email addresses both the senders and recipient address.

Sent a reply but still not heard anything re not getting some emails through especially from noreply@btwebsitebuilder.co.uk regards
