Cannot send email from talktalk webmail for onetel.net email address

Since last week we are unable to send email for our onetel.net email address using talktalk webmail we get the error "An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request." We are still able to receive emails but are unable to send. This is the same in webmail and also the talktalk app and also on two android tablets.
