Hi,

I have a lineone email address and pay you per year to use talktalk. I have had several scam emails asking for large amount payments but not from Talktalk. I have tried to go into my account but it does not reconize me so cannot make a payment.

Can I ask you you contact me please.

You will need to call them or use online chat. TalkTalk will not call you. If you want help in the forum, you need to update you forum profile to include your TalkTalk account details by clicking on the person symbol above right.

This is possibly connected with the issue you mentioned in November.
