Microsoft Outlook stopped allowing me to get e mails on bothe my wifes laptop and my PC. I eventually found out that I had not paid my £50 annual subscription to talktalk because they did not send me a bill. I have now paid the bill 5 days ago and I still cannot access them . I can view them on talktalk web mail. cna any one help please as talktalk are very hard to contact.
