Hi debbiejh, TalkTalk don't keep mail backups so if the mail has been forwarded away to an alternate mailbox its gone for good unfortunately. I'm sure you already have, but make sure you've run AntiVirus and Malware scans on all internet connected devices.

I've had my email hacked and the hackers have delated all of my email data. Is there a way to recover it? I have managed to regain access and remove mail forwarding.

There is a problem, @Ady-TalkTalk also, that a customer cannot delete an existing email address and replace it with new email address.

I've recently found that this possibility has not been available for 2 years.

Bill
