Adding an email account to TalkTalk mail

I have been trying to add an existing Tiscali email address to my TalkTalk webmail which has never been on there. The problem is that I know I have the correct email address and password but the Webmail won't accept them. Any ideas please?

Hi NorfolkLad, do I understand this right? You're trying to add this new webmail under the same webmail as the first one under the first one. You can use your mailbox in webmail in its own right, just not under the existing one.

Hi Ady. No not quite. I wanted to add a second Tiscali email account to my TalkTalk Webmail page so that I can report a lot of spam emails I am getting. This is a long-standing email address which I had used on Thunderbird but had never been used on the TalkTalk Webmail. I managed to get this to work by entering the details and setting manually.
