      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help. I'm trying to remotely help my dad set up his email on a new tablet via the gmail app. We've tried various settings for incoming and outgoing mail. He can receive mail but all outgoing mail is queued. Can anyone assist?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Settings we've tried....&lt;BR /&gt;Incoming Mail Settings&lt;BR /&gt;Incoming mail server mail.talktalk.net&lt;BR /&gt;Use SSL (for Apple iOS) Set to ON (Green)&lt;BR /&gt;Security Type (for Android) SSL/TLS or SSL&lt;BR /&gt;Encryption Method (for Windows/Mac Mail SSL/TLS&lt;BR /&gt;Server Port (alldevices if using IMAP) 993&lt;BR /&gt;Server Port (all devices if using POP3) 995&lt;BR /&gt;Outgoing Mail Settings&lt;BR /&gt;Outgoing mail server smtp.talktalk.net&lt;BR /&gt;Use SSL for Apple iOS) Set to On (Green)&lt;BR /&gt;Security Type (for Android) STARTTLS or TLS&lt;BR /&gt;Encryption Method (for Windows) STARTTLS&lt;BR /&gt;Server Port (all devices) 587&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have also tried varuos POP3 and IMAP settings but nothing works.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi dcork, the first thing to do is to set all the settings as per the &lt;A href="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Articles/Email-settings-to-access-TalkTalk-emails/ta-p/2204399" target="_blank"&gt;email settings&lt;/A&gt; help article. Then he must reset the email password to something he's never used before. Once that's done if sending doesn't work after an hour let me know.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ady&lt;/P&gt;</description>
