Hi Mal-Ha, please send me a personal message with the affected TalkTalk email address and I'll see what's happening and get it restored. In the meantime, you should reset the password to something you've never used for this mailbox before.

The account was Hacked on 25 Dec and I called to notify Talk Talk and was advised to wait 24 Hours and then change to password. Having done this I find the I have receive two e mail supposed from TT but sender appears to be identified in the sender as madmanoyo. This is trying to ask me to enter payment details for a service which I know is not required.

All of my contacts have been removed and I am not receiving any incoming mail.

I have been to the local Currys who advise me that no settings within the accessible setting on my computerhave been set which would redirect incoming mail to another account.

What is suggested to regain full control of my account. The action has also compromised my other e mail service with g mail.

Staff on here are not likely to pick this up till after the New Year, so try to avoid any transactions meanwhile over the Web.
