Migration of 3 talktalk email addresses from old account to new account

Hi I want to move my three talktalk email addresses from an old talktalk account to my new taktalk account so I do not lose them but the talktalk mailbox has been having maintenance so it's not possible, can someone advise what I have to do please.

Forum staff should be able to do this for you manually, @Grandpa1.

Add your Talktalk phone number or account number in the profile area: go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu. Complete Personal Information for staff to identify your ongoing account.

In Private Notes further down the page list your main email address and the email addresses you need to add.

Scroll down further to find the button to SAVE CHANGES.

Staff will respond during the day.
