Hi, I am using webmail through chrome but I do not have the "save as file" option in the more items menu. Talk Talk Chat are unable to resolve and therefore if anyone has any idea of how that can be resolved, I would be interested to hear the answer.

Yes there's an easy backup option in the More actions menu on the toolbar or email detail view.

In TalkTalk Mail you can save email messages in the standard eml file format. Multiple messages can be selected and saved as a zip file containing the individual eml format emails.

Save the files to your computer, drive or cloud storage.

Eml files can be read by most email software and TalkTalk Mail. Just drop the saved eml file to the Inbox or other folder.

You need to return to the message board and click on start a topic to begin your own thread, @JD3334.

Also complete your community forum profile details for Talktalk staff to identify your account.

Go via your avatar; settings, drop down menu ....complete Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.

You could try forwarding any important emails to another (non Talktalk) address for storage or copy them into documents and save as files that way. Then back up to an external storage drive.

As I say, if you need staff support, start your own thread.
