Just had an email rejected with a very detailed yet incomprehensible explanation:

Remote MTA outlook-com.olc.protection.outlook.com: network error

- SMTP protocol diagnostic: 550 5.7.509 Access denied, sending domain [TISCALI.CO.UK] does not pass DMARC verification and has a DMARC policy of reject. Does anybody at TalkTalk read these messages and actually do anything about it?

Why is there no email address for Customer Service?

I have the same problem from talktalk email

Hi Suave, please start a new topic and when you have send me a personal message including the sending address, receiving address, IP address if possible and confirm that you're sending from TalkTalk webmail.

Thank you for asking. No I am not still having problems. It went away quite soon after I raised the issue.

Please end this thread or tell me how to do it.
