Hi There,

My husband's email has been hacked, my grandson came round and took the forwarding off, reset the password, and also changed recovery information to his details.

1 day later, we could again not access the email. The password appears to have been changed as well as the recovery information. It was my grandson's email address and now has changed back to a .talktalk address.

The email in question is: *removed for security*

The recovery number on the account still appears to be correct ending in 051 however when trying to reset the password via text, no messages are coming through.

Could you please assist in regaining access to the account or let me know the steps required to do so.

Kind Regards,

Kate
