Can I transfer my Email address from one Talktalk contract to another?

I'm a Talktalk customer. I've recently moved in with my son who is also a Talktalk customer.

When I end my old contract at my former residential address, can I move my Email address to my son's account in order to still use it?

I'm hoping someone has encountered this problem before. Many thanks.

It may be possible for staff to do this for you manually, @DeeTalk.

If it can't be done, when you have cancelled your own broadband service, you can keep using email by subscribing £5.00 per month, or an annual fee.

Complete your community forum profile details for Talktalk staff to identify your account and they'll give you a clearer answer when they pick up your post later in the week.

You need to go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu...add your own Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information.

Add the email address you specifically want to keep in Private Notes further down the page.

Add your son's full details there too and save changes.
