App password for use on new Microsoft Outlook. I can't install my iCloud email without an app password on the new Microsoft Outlook.

Anybody help?

'App password'. Is that something that Apple issues to allow you to set your iCloud email account as one of the accounts within Microsoft Outlook? If so, why don't you ask Apple to issue one?
