My Tiscali emails to my son have been returned by Yahoo as undelivered.

Everything points to Talk Talk/Tiscali not having a satisfactory DKIM

How does one get the DKIM and set it up on the email service?

I have only just found about this which apparently came out last year.

Up to December I had no problem with emails.

Hi Donald201, please confirm that you've been sending the mail direct from talktalk webmail to your sons email directly. If possible send me a personal message containing the full error message and both the sending and receiving email addresses.

I sent the emails from Tiscali ########@tiscali.co.uk to my son ######@ymail.com

I cannot load the error message as it is not supported.

Before December I had no problem

Looking at the forum this is happening to a lot of people

@Donald201, these email addresses must never be displayed in the thread.

You need to include them in a Private Message to Ady, by clicking on his name / avatar and you'll see how to send a message there. There's a prominent blue button.
