tinyworld email still not working

Please can someone at talktalk get this sorted asap. Emails are still not sending from tinyworld accounts and nothing seems to be being done. I need to reply to emails regarding job contracts and am at risk of losing money if this is not resolved quickly. The service status states that there are no issues with emails - this is clearly totally incorrect and needs to be changed.

Hi I spent 2.5hrs on chat with them this morning. He admitted there was a problem with webmail. This was after he wanted me to go through various lengthy processes. My tech guy told him the problem was theirs and it was to do with Webmail or VGE the company that provides talk talk e mail services. I'm still not able to send
