Emails Sent to Sky Accounts

During the past few days I’ve sent several emails to a friend who has a Sky email address. Belatedly, I discovered he had not received these emails and somewhat after the event I received a message advising that my emails had not been delivered. I have subsequently found that others in this community have been unable to send emails to Sky accounts in recent days. In my case, this is a matter of concern as my emails contained urgent information that my friend needed when sent. Please advise whether this information will soon be resolved.

Hi Southwinds, I raised an incident weeks ago for this issue. Sadly I've got no updates to give me a clue as to if or when it will be fixed.

Thank you for getting back to me, Ady. I'm surprised to hear that this issue has been going on unresolved for weeks! Obviously, it's a serious weakness in the TalkTalk email service and i'll have to look to an alternative when communicating with people who have Sky accounts. I've been a loyal TalkTalk customer for years and don't wish to do this but at present see no alternative. Could you please add my name to those who have raised this issue and pass on to those seeking to resolve it? I imagine the more people who raise concerns about this matter the more likely it will be prioritised. Also, are there any steps I can take myself to overcome the problem?

The business is aware that this affects many email users. If I can offer any advice it would be to raise a complaint to the CEO team to get this prioritised.
