Hi Ady, many thanks for getting back to me,

Last night I cou,d not access my Tiscali mail on any platform, including webmail (I was getting the same error message as Hobbiton1212 when trying webmail).

However, I'm pleased to report today that my Tiscali mail is now working, both in Outlook and via webmail. I don't know who did what but somebody or something fixed it between last night and this morning! What would have been useful would have been a status on that service posted somewhere on the Talktalk account pages. I did look last night but couldn't find anything.

Cheers,

Mick

Hobbiton1212, I get that same error, so its not just me.

I also get an 'account is temporarily unavailable' message in my Outlook send/receive error. But I can't find any advisory on Talktalk of known system outages currently affecting Tiscali
