Had this message on my mail box site for over a year now, cannot create any new Mail Boxes,only my main mail box works

Staff can make adjustments for you manually, but the above message appears to be the new norm for the foreseeable, @allegrow.

Hi allegrow, I can link mailboxes to a live broadband or TalkTalk Mail Plus account. To have a mailbox deleted you must follow the right to be forgotten process and unfortunately no one can assist with creating a new mailbox that feature is simply not possible.
