I have not been able to receive or send emails from my @Lineone.net account since 25 Jan 25 using Mail on either my iPad or Mac.

I have reset password but no joy and I have changed incoming to mail.talktalk.net and outgoing to smtp.talktalk.net

I can see & send mail in webmail but that is painful - I don't understand why it is not longer working in Mail.

Have you checked the settings against those shown on the help page?
