Tinyworld emails not sending, again

Read the thread and saw that user was asked to create a new thread, so that numbers can be tracked.

I use Windows Live mail on the pc, it can receive ok but I get a 550 5.7.1 Reject for Policy reason. I send emails from Excel and get the same message.

I can open talktalk mail on a pc browser, but it takes a bit longer. On my android phone it just sits there with a whirring circle, not even getting to ask for user name and password. It did this same thing a few weeks back, but then it recovered.
