    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi IanClark, too many customers keeping old reused passwords allow hackers and spammers to access their mailboxes hence the instruction to change the password for a new never used before password to ensure the security. If you reset the password for an old one the block will be lifted, but your mailbox will be blocked again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Email  wont send and says "for Policy Reasons"</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot send an email containing a photograph to an NHS address from my iMac and the response in the failure panel states it's for policy reasons.&amp;nbsp; What does that mean?&amp;nbsp; A similar email from my iPhone appears to have been sent but this is an urgent matter and the situation is absolutely unsatisfactory.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi IanClark, you need to reset your email password to a new one never used before on this mailbox. Once that's done if you still can't send please post back.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had changed my email password twice but it did not help.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; After posting my query I found that the fault had been corrected.&amp;nbsp; However this leaves the question of why the fault occurred in the first place.&amp;nbsp; I had sent emails from my iMac the day before without problem and as I said above sending from my iPhone worked fine.&amp;nbsp; I made no changes to my iMac so how did the fault arise?&amp;nbsp; Is this a basic weakness in the Talktalk system?&amp;nbsp; If the origin of the problem is nnot found and corrected it will doubtless recur.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
