Currently in Rome and yet again unable to send emails. Talk Talk will you please sort this out as a matter of priority because this is now totally unacceptable

Thanks. I've had no other reports yet from the other customers. I'll see what I can find out although it's much harder for 1 customer ticket than multiple.

Same here - this is now beyond a joke. I have been rung by the engineers but they keep ringing at times that I have told them not to when I am busy so I can't speak to them.

Hi ChrisG15, another customer has posted so I've reraised the incident. If I were you I'd make a complaint and insist that it be raised to the CEO team.
