Tinyworld email suddenly got categories beside each one

My email on Tinyworld has suddenly got emblems beside each one showing categories such as food, shopping or the initials of sender.

The three dots at top give option of listing by category or list view.

Anyone know why this has happened please? Hate it when something suddenly changes.

Re my message above it occurs on my iPhone which has just done software update iOS 18.3.
