&lt;P&gt;Can you sign in at all with webmail or is it an email client you are trying to use?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Make sure that you have completed your community forum profile details for Talktalk staff to identify your account. Go via your avatar; settings.&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
