There are known issues with Tiscali mail at the moment, @Joy214.

Can you sign in at all with webmail or is it an email client you are trying to use?

Make sure that you have completed your community forum profile details for Talktalk staff to identify your account. Go via your avatar; settings. Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
