Problems sending messages with Tinyworld

I've been unable to send e-mail messages using my Tinyworld account since 28/1/25, although I can receive messages. I understand that this is an issue that many other customers using Tinyworld e-mail accounts have been experiencing. This is two weeks since the problem occurred and it is now URGENT.

Hi PeterB51, please reset your mailbox password. You must use a new password that's never been used on this mailbox before. Once you've done that please let me know if sending is again possible. You should send me a personal message including the affected tinyworld email address.
