Server sending all emails to junk, the account is in my wife's name and her emails are fine.

As above subject, all my wife's email setting are identical to mine, and hers are fine. if I try to log on to TalkTalk it won't except me as account is in my wife's name.

I was hacked a few days ago, and have now changed my pass word. I have tried help desk after two hrs given up the will to live.

Hi janecreese, I've turned off the divert that weas sending mail to trash. Reset the password again and use a never before used password to ensure the mailbox is protected.
