@Teresa_2016, if you've actually moved house, put the new address in Private Notes towards the end of Personal Information in the profile area.

Staff will be able to send a returns bag to that address, but they are not on here before Monday.

To complete your community forum profile details please go via your avatar, settings....etc as requested by Divsec, and make sure that you scroll down further to find the SAVE CHANGES button.

If you simply switched companies, you still need to complete your Personal Information. It's not quite clear from your post what you mean by "moved".
