    <description>&lt;P&gt;TannyB1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have also been chasing this matter for three weeks and as you say Tesco claim its TT, Today I had a response from TT, if you can call it that, its been very helpful as follows, as you can see it is not very helpful. To prove this they're looking for a customer to send them the original file. They've asked the following :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would it be possible to sent over the original .eml and not the forwarded ones? Since they arrive we can see the spamcause for those messages.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The customer forwarded such a mail but unfortunately is such a forward we can't see anymore the cause what happend as this is a new mail flow.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Therefore, the customer would need to save the mail as file and send over exact this attachment. To save such a mail, please use AppSuite:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Select the mail, and use the 3-dot menu -&amp;gt; "Save as file".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That would be very helpful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thank on this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've sent the email address to send it to in your personal messages.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ady&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Tesco shopping receipts no longer being received</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My online Tesco shopping receipts are no longer being received by email. I queried this with Tesco and they said it is a common fault with TalkTalk customers and I should contact TalkTalk to fix the issue. Not sure why this had changed when I have received the receipts for years. Any idea why this has happened?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I agree it’s a disgraceful reply!!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lets hope whatever is causing the problem gets resolved soon.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have voiced my disgust to TT by alternative means&lt;/P&gt;</description>
