Husband’s email hacked

My husband’s Talktalk email has been hacked.

The password has been changed.

His contact telephone number is wrong because we have moved to France.

Is there anything we can do?

Hi Morag6, is the email address linked to your account? If it is please send me a personal message including the affected mailbox, alternative mail address and mobile for password reset tool.

The affected email is davidconnolly@talktalk.net

My email moragconnolly@talktalk hasn’t been affected.
I afraid the mobile numbers are our old UK numbers and are no longer in use. Are our new French numbers of any use for a reset?

Hi Morag6, there have been some process changes that mean as you no longer have an active account I can't get your reset tool updated for the email address. I can get the email address restricted to stop the hackers doing any damage with it. Is that ok?
