Like most people I am getting over 10/20 spam emails every day and they change slightly in address format so blocking them gets rid of it one time but they come back again with a slight variance in the spam email address . Is there any answer ? Most IT Wizards just say delete them but I am just checking if a solution is available. Its got a lot worse since 2025.

Hi HotSteve54, it does seem to be worse since October when OpenXchange took over the AntiVirus and AntiSpam side of the email platform. Honestly deleting them is probably the best thing to do after marking them as spam.

I agree, it's very time consuming and frustrating.

I've been right clicking, blocking them and sending them to the junk folder.

Is it just easier to delete them?
