Email not sending

When I try to send an email it doesn't send, I get an error message "An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request". I've tried on and off now for 24 hours but still receiving the same error. This happened a few weeks ago as well but seemed to resolve itself overnight, but not this time. I'm using HP laptop, Windows 10, and Chrome browser. Reading similar problems on the forum I've tried rebooting the laptop, clearing cookies, and trying to send from my phone all end with the same error message. Help please, I'm trying to respond to some important messages but have no other way to communicate with the people.

Hi bignick581, I've raised an incident ticket to the incident management team. Hopefully they'll look at the last incident and see if the same cause is responsilbe and get it fixed quickly.
