Hi all. I noticed on Sunday (2nd March) that my email account had been hacked, and the hacker was asking for a bitcoin payment. I deleted the email and changed my password. I found yesterday that my account has been deactivated, obviously by the hacker. I've contacted talk talk support and they tell me that they cannot re-activate the account, but when i checked, the test line still says deliverable. I would appreciate any help with reactivation, as hoping not to lose info in my email folders. Thanks in advance.

Hi Norlind, when you said you deleted the mail do you mean the individual email not the mailbox? Nobody should be able to delete your mailbox.

Your email address should be working again now. I've had it repaired.
